Rules and Regulation

School Hours: 8.45AM to 3.45 PM

Second Saturdays, Sundays and the holidays declared by the state Govt. are holidays for the school. For K.G. classes, all Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.
Students must wear the full school uniform on all working days.
No jewellery or flowers should be worn by any student when he/she is in the school uniform.
Students who are unable to attend the class due to illness or other genuine reasons should apply for leave to the class teacher, duly signed by the guardian.
A student who has been continuously absent for 5 days, should produce a medical certificate. Continuous absence for 15 days without leave application will entail removal from the rolls.
Students should not go out of the campus without the permission of the Principal.
No student should be seen loitering around during class hours.
Students are expected to purchase all the prescribed textbooks and notebooks from the school store itself.
Any kind of damage done to library books, laboratory equipment, furniture, fittings and other properties of the school must be made good.
Students behaving indecently or causing damage to school property, will be punished.
Irregular attendance, habitual negligence, disobedience and disrespect to authority, any kind of cheating and other reprehensible behavior which will be injurious to the moral tone of
the school, are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the student.
Students are strictly prohibited from bringing in and circulating inside the class room, any magazine, periodical or electronic device.
Students are expected to use English as their medium of communication each other and with the teachers so as to enhance the English atmosphere in the school.
Every student should endeavor to keep up the high reputation of the school by excelling in his/her conduct, good manners and deportment inside and outside the school.

 

Registration

Requisition:
    The application form, duly filled in and signed by the Parent/Guardian, must be submitted along with a passport size photograph affixed in the space provided. The following documents should be compulsorily brought when coming for admission.

1. Birth Certificate (Photo Copy)
2. Transfer Certificate (Original)
3. Mark List (Original)
4. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the school last attended.
5. Migration Certificate.
6. passport size Photographs. (3 Nos.)
7. Payment of school fees.

Admission Procedures

  1. Admission to school is granted after a test and is strictly on merit.
  2. Promotion to a higher class is based on student's performance in periodic Tests and Terminal Examinations throughout the year. Internal Assessment will also be taken into consideration.
  3. Students are admitted to the school at the beginning of every academic year. New admissions are on the basis of their performance in the entrance test. Admission will be strictly on the basis of marks attained in the entrance test.
  4. Admissions to L.K.G classes are given in December. Application forms are issued from the office by November of the previous year.
  5. The minimum age of admission is 3half years to LKG class and 5half to Standard 1 on the 1st of June of the year of admission
